Privacy contact: admin@chillertechsupport.com
Digital Ice displays information on your watch. The watch-face package does not collect or send your personal information to us. Optional complications and apps you open have their own privacy practices.
1. Who we are and what this policy covers
Chiller Tech Support LLC d/b/a Service Install, listed on Google Play as Chiller Tech, provides Digital Ice: Field Edition, a standalone Wear OS watch face. This policy covers that watch face, package io.serviceinstall.watchface.digitalice.
The watch face is separate from the Service Install business platform and its phone and Watch companion apps. It does not require a Service Install account and does not include their job records, voice notes, AI features or any planned smart-glasses integration. The Service Install platform’s account, payment and adult-user provisions do not describe this standalone watch face’s data practices or audience.
2. Information displayed on your watch
Wear OS renders the watch face on your device. It displays time, date, watch battery level and platform-provided weather when available. Your selected colors and watch-face settings are managed by Wear OS. The watch face does not independently request your location; the weather service’s own settings and permissions govern how it obtains weather information.
The watch face does not request microphone, camera, contacts, location, health-sensor or other Android permissions. It has no app-owned recording, account registration, advertising, analytics SDK, payment flow or server-upload feature. We do not receive, retain, sell or share the information displayed on your watch through this watch-face package, and it does not send that information to an AI service.
3. Optional complications and other apps
You can choose content providers for five customizable complication slots using Wear OS. A complication is a small display supplied by the operating system or another app. Depending on your selection, it may show personal information, such as an activity value, a calendar item or other provider content. That information is displayed on your watch; it is not uploaded to us by the watch face.
Your chosen provider may access or process information under its own permissions, settings and privacy policy. Review those before selecting a provider, and consider who can see your watch display. Change or remove a complication through the watch-face editor or Wear OS settings. We do not control a third-party provider’s collection, storage or deletion practices.
The watch face’s music, alarm and settings shortcuts open the corresponding apps on your device. It does not operate a streaming music service or record what you play. Apps you open, and Google Play, Wear OS and your device manufacturer, may process information under their own privacy policies.
4. Storage, security and deletion
We do not maintain a server-side account or a database of your watch-face display data. Wear OS manages watch-face settings and any platform backups. Use your device’s settings to change or remove the watch face and manage backups. Removing the watch face does not automatically delete information held by Wear OS, your device account or a complication provider; use those services’ controls for their records.
If you contact support, we receive the email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use that information to respond, troubleshoot and maintain necessary support and security records. Our email and hosting providers process those communications for us. We restrict access to support records to authorized personnel and providers, and retain them only as needed for those purposes or applicable legal obligations. Avoid sending passwords, payment details or unnecessary sensitive information.
5. Visiting this policy page
Opening this web page is separate from using the watch face. Our website host processes connection information, such as your IP address and browser request details, to deliver and secure the page. This policy page does not embed advertising, session-replay or analytics scripts. Other pages on serviceinstall.io have their own website privacy and cookie disclosures; those website technologies are not included in the watch-face package.
6. Age and audience
Digital Ice: Field Edition is intended for people age 13 and older, including teenagers. It is not directed to children under 13. The watch face does not ask for an age, create user profiles or collect personal information through an app account. If you believe a child has sent personal information to our support service, contact us so we can review and address it, including deletion where appropriate.
7. Your choices and privacy questions
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information we hold, or to exercise other applicable privacy rights. Contact admin@chillertechsupport.com about this policy or information you sent to support, and identify Digital Ice: Field Edition. We may need proportionate information to verify and fulfill your request. There is no watch-face account with us that you need to delete.
For data held by a complication provider, Google, Wear OS or your device manufacturer, use that provider’s privacy controls or contact it directly. We can address our own support records but cannot delete another provider’s records on your behalf.
8. Changes to this policy
We will update this page and its date when the watch face’s privacy practices change. If we introduce collection, accounts, recording or other features that change how personal information is handled, we will update the relevant disclosures and obtain consent where required before that processing begins.
